SAAS platform

myTeam is a full-featured SaaS platform for sports clubs and academies. It covers member and athlete management, training scheduling with attendance tracking, financial management (subscriptions, payments, revenues and expenses), multi-role communication between coaches, athletes and parents, sponsor management, and online payments.

I designed and built the entire MVP from scratch — full stack — including database architecture, backend logic, REST API, and frontend. After the initial release I continued contributing to the platform as a full stack developer.

The platform is in active use by clubs across Greece, including well-known sports academies, and is available as a web application and a native mobile app on iOS and Android.
